11.If any provision of this act, other than section 7, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such determination shall not affect the provisions or applications of this act which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to that end the provisions of this act, with the exception of section 7, are severable. L.2019, c.350, s.11.
