Text
An insurer providing information to an authorized governmental agency pursuant to section 3 or 4 of this act shall, with respect to a civil action, have the right to request relevant information from the authorized governmental agency, and receive within a reasonable time, not to exceed 30 days, the information requested, provided that the information is not otherwise privileged by law. L.1983, c. 214, s. 6, eff. June 15, 1983.
