New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
10.The commissioner may promulgate regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) and issue such orders as shall be necessary to carry out the provisions of this act. L.2019, c.350, s.10.
