§ 17:22D-2 — Application of act
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
2.
a.This act shall apply to licensed insurers which are domiciled in this State or domiciled in a state that is not an accredited state having in effect a substantially similar law.
b.The provisions of P.L.1970, c.22 (C.17:27A-1 et seq.), to the extent they are not superseded by this act, shall continue to apply to all parties within holding company systems subject to this act. This act shall not apply to captive insurers. L.1993,c.239,s.2.
