18.
a.The commissioner shall set reasonable, necessary and appropriate fees, other than licensure fees under section 9 of this act, to effectuate the purposes of this act.
b.Applicants may be charged a fee for any licensing examination conducted pursuant to this act in an amount designated or approved by the commissioner.
c.All fees payable to the commissioner pursuant to this section are nonrefundable.
d.The commissioner may provide for the waiving of any fees for disabled war veterans of the United States military service. L.1993,c.66,s.18.
