§ 17:18-18 — Violations; penalty
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
Any insurance company violating any provision of this act shall be liable to a penalty of $200.00 for each violation which shall be collected pursuant to the penalty enforcement law (N.J.S. 2A:58-1 et seq.). L.1975, c. 274, s. 2, eff. Jan. 12, 1976.
