14.Within 90 days following the public announcement by a mutual insurer of its intent to demutualize pursuant to this act, the mutual insurer shall provide notice of its intent to demutualize to all former policyholders who are at the time of the notice eligible to reinstate their policies. The notice shall be in a form and distributed in a manner approved by the commissioner. L.1998,c.46,s.14.
