§ 17:17B-5 — Foreign or domestic arbitrage transactions; exemption
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The provisions of sections 1, 2, and 3 of this act shall not apply to foreign or domestic arbitrage transactions unless made in contravention of such rules and regulations as the commissioner may adopt in order to carry out the purposes of this act. L.1965, c. 57, s. 5.
