§ 17:16X-3 — Merger's legal compliance
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
3.Mergers of a financial institution and a subsidiary of a financial institution pursuant to this act shall comply with and require the commissioner's approval pursuant to the provisions of law applicable to a merger of the surviving financial institution. L.2000,c.70,s.3.
