§ 17:16W-8 — Retention time period
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
8.If any records are subject to the provisions of more than one of the time periods for the retention of records specified in sections 3 through 7 of this act, the longest time period for which those records are required to be retained shall be applicable. L.1999,c.257,s.8.
