6.
a.A depository institution that fails to comply with any provision of this act may be enjoined in any court of competent jurisdiction.
b.Nothing in this act shall be construed to limit the rights or remedies which are otherwise available to the holder of a New Jersey Consumer Checking Account under any other law. L.1991,c.210,s.6.
