Text

Any banking institution which willfully violates any provision of this act or any regulation promulgated in accordance therewith shall be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000.00 for each violation, up to a maximum of $5,000.00 in any one year, to be recovered in a summary proceeding under "the penalty enforcement law" (N.J.S. 2A:58-1 et seq.). L. 1985, c. 370, s. 3.
