§ 17:16F-11 — Regulations
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The Commissioner of Banking is authorized and empowered to promulgate such regulations as he may deem necessary, consistent with sound banking practice, for the proper operation and enforcement of this act. L.1977, c. 1, s. 11.
