§ 17:15C-19 — Violations by delegates; issuance of order suspending, barring; application for modification, rescission.
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
19. a. If, after notice and a hearing, the commissioner finds that any authorized delegate of a licensee or any director, officer, employee, or controlling person of that authorized delegate:
(1)has violated any provision of this act or of any rule or regulation or order issued under this act;
(2)has engaged or participated in any unsafe or unsound act with respect to the business of selling or issuing payment instruments of the licensee or the business of money transmission; or (3) has made or caused to be made in any application or report filed with the commissioner or in any proceeding before the commissioner, any statement which was at the time and in the circumstances under which it was made, false or misleading with respect to any material fact, or has omitted to state in any such
