§ 17:13A-4 — Violation
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
Any lender who willfully violates the provisions of section 3 of this act shall be a disorderly person. L.1965, c. 169, s. 4.
