A credit union organized under the provisions of this act may convert to operation as a Federal Credit Union, or a Federal Credit Union may convert to a credit union operating under the provisions of this act, without undergoing dissolution or liquidation. L.1968, c. 196, s. 11, eff. July 19, 1968.
