33.Every credit union shall submit a report in writing to the commissioner of its condition at the close of business on the 31st day of December. The report shall be submitted to the commissioner in a form and within the time specified by the commissioner by regulation. The report shall be verified by the oath of the president and the treasurer of the credit union, and the statement of assets and liabilities shall be verified by the oath of the examining committee that the statement is a true and correct statement of the condition of the credit union based on the audit or examination made by the examining committee as of the December 31 preceding the report.
