§ 17:13-125 — Rules and regulations
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The commissioner shall promulgate any rules and regulations which he deems necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1984, c. 171, s. 57, eff. Oct. 31, 1984.
