§ 17:13-123 — Conversion to or from a federal credit union
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
A credit union organized under the provisions of this act may convert to operation as a federal Credit Union, or a federal Credit Union may convert to a credit union operating under the provisions of this act, without undergoing dissolution or liquidation. L.1984, c. 171, s. 45, eff. Oct. 31, 1985.
