Text
Whenever any credit union or a member thereof deems itself or himself aggrieved by the commissioner's taking possession of that credit union, that credit union or member may at any time after the commissioner's taking possession, institute an action in the Superior Court to enjoin further proceedings. The court may proceed in a summary manner or otherwise. L.1984, c. 171, s. 43, eff. Oct. 31, 1984.
