§ 17:11C-87 — Applicability to mortgage loans.
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
37.The provisions of this act shall apply to any mortgage loan: a. Advertised, caused to be advertised, solicited, negotiated, offered, or otherwise transacted within this State, in whole or in part, whether by the ultimate residential mortgage lender or any other person; b. Made or executed within this State; or c. Which is secured by residential real estate located in this State, notwithstanding the place of execution. L.2009, c.53, s.37.
