17.
a.Nothing in this act or in the "Retail Installment Sales Act of 1960," P.L.1960, c.40 (C.17:16C-1 et seq.), shall be construed to require a consumer lender or a sales finance company to maintain an office in this State so long as it is qualified to do business here and has a registered agent for service of process.
b.(Deleted by amendment, P.L.2009, c.53) c. Whenever the licensee changes the address of its principal office or a branch office serving New Jersey consumers, it shall file, as part of its notice of address change required pursuant to subsection e. of section 10 of P.L.1996, c.157 (C.17:11C-10), any documents required of it by regulation.
