22.
a.Every residential mortgage lender or residential mortgage broker as qualified individual licensees, and every mortgage loan originator licensee shall provide, in a conspicuous manner, the unique identifier assigned to the licensee through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, on all residential mortgage loan application forms, solicitations, and advertisements, whether in print, broadcast, or electronically transmitted, and on any other document established by regulation of the commissioner. Every residential mortgage lender or broker as a business licensee shall ensure the provision of the unique identifier by its qualified individual licensees and mortgage loan originators as required by this section.
