§ 17:11C-51 — Short title.
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
1.Sections 1 through 39 of P.L.2009, c.53 (C.17:11C-51 through C.17:11C-89) shall be known and may be cited as the "New Jersey Residential Mortgage Lending Act." L.2009, c.53, s.1.
