§ 17:46B-12 — Prohibition against transacting other kinds of insurance; prohibition against other kinds of insurance companies transacting title insurance
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
A title insurance company shall not transact, underwrite or issue any kind of insurance other than title insurance; nor shall title insurance be transacted, underwritten or issued by any company transacting any other kinds of insurance. L.1975, c. 106, s. 12, eff. May 29, 1975.
