Every title insurance company shall have the power to do the kinds of business defined in subsections a. and b. of section 1 of this act, and to make searches, abstracts, examine titles to real property and chattels, procure and furnish information in relation thereto, and to provide any other services related to the land title business. L.1975, c. 106, s. 10, eff. May 29, 1975.
