§ 17:22B-3 — License required for adjuster
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
3.
a.No individual, firm, association or corporation shall act as an adjuster in this State unless authorized to do so by virtue of a license issued or renewed pursuant to this act.
b.No adjuster shall act on behalf of an insured unless licensed as a public adjuster.
c.The holder of a license under this act may act as an adjuster without any other license. L.1993,c.66,s.3.
