The "Trustees of the New York Conference of the Free Methodist Church" may, in pursuance of a resolution by it: a. Sell the property of any such extinct church or religious society and convey the same to the purchaser by deed in its corporate name; b. Convert any and all securities of any such extinct church or religious society into cash; and c. Receipt for cancellation mortgages and other evidences of indebtedness belonging to and standing open of record in the name of the extinct church or religious society.
