Any association enumerated in section 16:19-1 of this Title may, by a majority of the votes cast at a meeting of the association, held in their regular place of meeting and called by them upon ten days' notice in writing set up at such place in plain view, adopt a name, constitution and by-laws, elect a board of directors, not to exceed thirty (except that in the case of a Young Men's Christian Association, a Young Men's Hebrew Association, a Young Women's Hebrew Association or a Young Men's and Young Women's Hebrew Association such board may be of any number), and declare themselves incorporated by such name.
