The officers of the church shall be the president, vice president, secretary and treasurer, and such other officers as the by-laws provide. They shall be elected by the trustees and shall hold office for one year and until their successors are elected and qualify. The duties of the officers shall be as follows: a. The president shall convene and preside at the meetings of the church, and with the secretary and treasurer execute all contracts.

b.The vice president shall serve in the place of the president in case of his absence, sickness, death, resignation, refusal to act or moving out of the limits of the church.
c.The secretary shall keep the minutes and enter the orders, acts and proceedings in a book kept for that purpose, and shall have custody of the common seal and of the papers,
