§ 16:15A-3 — Powers
New Jersey·Title 16 CORPORATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS, RELIGIOUS
Every Russian Orthodox church incorporated or reincorporated under this chapter shall have all of the powers enumerated in section 16:1-4 of this Title except as hereinafter specifically provided. L.1945, c. 139, p. 506, s. 3.
