§ 15A:8-2 — Formulation of plans
New Jersey·Title 15A CORPORATIONS, NONPROFIT
The board alone, by affirmative vote of a majority of the entire board, may adopt any plan described in section 15A:8-1 and may include provisions therein as the board may deem advisable. L.1983, c. 127, s. 15A:8-2, eff. Oct. 1, 1983.
