Memberships standing in the name of another domestic or foreign corporation may be voted by any officer or agent, or by proxy appointed by any of them, unless some other person, by resolution of its board or pursuant to its bylaws, shall be appointed to vote the shares. L.1983, c. 127, s. 15A:5-14, eff. Oct. 1, 1983.
