a. Any foreign corporation may register its corporate name under this act, provided its corporate name is available for use under section 15A:2-2. b. The registration shall be made by filing in the office of the Secretary of State:
(1)An application for registration executed on behalf of the corporation, setting forth the name and address of the headquarters or main office of the corporation, the jurisdiction of its incorporation, the date of its incorporation, a statement that it is conducting activities, and a brief statement of the activities in which it is engaged; and (2) A certificate setting forth that the corporation is in good standing under the laws of the jurisdiction of its incorporation, executed by the official of that jurisdiction who has custody of the records pertaining t
