Text
Any election by members may be reviewed by the Superior Court in a summary manner, or otherwise, in an action brought by a member entitled to vote at the election upon notice to the persons elected, the corporation and all other persons as the court may direct. The court may confirm the election, order a new election or provide all other relief as justice may require. L.1983, c. 127, s. 15A:5-23, eff. Oct. 1, 1983.
