§ 14A:5-17 — Voting of pledged stock
New Jersey·Title 14A CORPORATIONS, GENERAL
A shareholder whose shares are pledged shall be entitled to vote such shares until the shares have been transferred into the name of the pledgee, or a nominee of the pledgee. L.1968, c.350.
