§ 14A:18-2 — Formation of benefit corporation.
New Jersey·Title 14A CORPORATIONS, GENERAL
2.A benefit corporation shall be formed in accordance with chapter 2 of Title 14A of the New Jersey Statutes, except that its certificate of incorporation shall also state that it is a benefit corporation. L.2011, c.30, s.2.
