§ 13:9A-8 — Application of act to riparian lands

New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS

Nothing in this act or any permit issued hereunder shall affect the rights of the State in, or the obligations of a riparian owner with respect to, riparian lands. L.1970, c. 272, s. 8, eff. Nov. 5, 1970.
