Text
There shall be annually appropriated to the Division of State Police in the Department of Law and Public Safety from the General Fund such sums as the Legislature deems necessary to continue implementing this act. The division and the Department of Environmental Protection shall approve the expenditure of any such funds, including the funds appropriated pursuant to section 3 of this act. L. 1987, c. 220, s. 4.
