§ 13:1I-6 — Limitation on powers, duties and functions vested in department under this act
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
The powers, duties and functions vested in the department under the provisions of this act shall not be construed to limit in any manner the powers, duties and functions vested therein under any other provisions of law. L.1973, c. 39, s. 6.
