§ 13:19-24 — Definitions
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
3.As used in this act: "Department" means the Department of Environmental Protection. "Program volunteer" means any group, organization, business, or individual who has adopted a section of beach or shore for cleanup in accordance with this act. L.1992,c.213,s.3.
