§ 13:19-15 — Effect of denial on future submittal of new application
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
The denial of an application shall in no way adversely affect the future submittal of a new application. L.1973, c. 185, s. 15.
