Text
The department, to effectuate the general purpose of this act, shall with the approval of the commission, have power to hire, rent or lease any portion of such lands to private enterprises and such moneys as are derived from such hiring, renting, or leasing shall be deposited with the General State Fund. L.1974, c. 118, s. 9, eff. Oct. 10, 1974.
