§ 13:11A-1 — Definitions relative to maritime history, marine life preservation projects

As used in this act: "Accounts" means the "Barnegat Bay Decoy and Baymen's Museum Account" and the "Maritime History and Marine Life Preservation Project Account" created pursuant to section 6 of this act; "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Environmental Protection; "Department" means the Department of Environmental Protection; "Director" means the Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles in the Department of Transportation; "Division" means the Division of Motor Vehicles in the Department of Transportation.
