§ 13:1K-19 — Short title
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Toxic Catastrophe Prevention Act." L. 1985, c. 403, s. 1, eff. Jan. 8, 1986.
