§ 13:1K-12 — Obligations imposed by act not affected by bankruptcy proceedings and constitute continuing regulatory obligations imposed by state
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
No obligations imposed by this act shall constitute a lien or claim which may be limited or discharged in a bankruptcy proceeding. All obligations imposed by this act shall constitute continuing regulatory obligations imposed by the State. L.1983, c. 330, s. 7.
