§ 12A:12-17 — Governmental agency creation, retention, conversion of electronic records
New Jersey·Title 12A COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS
17.Each governmental agency shall determine whether, and the extent to which, it will create and retain electronic records and convert written records to electronic records. Additionally, each executive agency shall comply with standards adopted by the Secretary of State pursuant to section 19 of this act. L.2001, c.116, s.17.
