§ 12:7D-1 — Vessel, defined
New Jersey·Title 12 COMMERCE AND NAVIGATION
As used herein: "Vessel" means a ship, boat or other watercraft, other than a seaplane on the water, used or capable of being used as a means of transportation on the water. L.1972, c. 163, s. 1, eff. Oct. 12, 1972.
