Text
Nothing in this act shall be construed as giving a municipality jurisdiction over vessels moored, grounded, attached or fastened upon the riparian lands of the State, and over which the State asserts sole jurisdiction. L.1969, c. 264, s. 4, eff. Jan. 9, 1970.
