Text

2.Any person who violates any provision of this act shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $100.00, which shall be collected in the manner provided in "the penalty enforcement law" (N.J.S.2A:58-1 et seq.). The Superior Court and every municipal court shall have jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of this act. L.1957,c.111,s.2; amended 1991,c.91,s.220.
